Elation Digital helped Colgate with creative concepts and interactive solutions for an Oral Health Mobile Tour around the country helping teach children about oral health and dental hygiene in a fun engaging way. Participants learned how to brush their teeth using Augmented Reality playing with a giant toothbrush and gaining points for proper brushing away plague and gum disease.

What We Built

Augmented Reality Brushing Game

We built a custom Augmented Reality Infotainment experience centered around a giant interactive toothbrush. Kids used it to brush away plaque and gum disease in an AR environment, earning points for proper brushing technique as they went. The game taught the right habits — angle, pressure, duration — without it ever feeling like a lesson. It felt like play, which meant kids stayed engaged and actually absorbed what they were learning.

Branded Claw Machine Prize Reward

Once kids completed the brushing game, they earned a turn on a fully interactive Branded Claw Game — a digital Colgate-themed claw machine where they could win prizes. It served as the perfect reward mechanic, giving children a reason to complete the experience and walk away with a positive memory tied to the Colgate brand.

Why It Worked

The two experiences worked together as a natural loop — learn through the AR game, earn a reward through the claw machine. Kids were motivated to participate fully, parents appreciated the educational angle, and Colgate had a booth that drew crowds at every tour stop. The experiential marketing approach made the brand message stick in a way a poster or handout never could.
