Bayer Agricultural Expo

Bayer Agro Sciences brought Elation Digital on board to create an interactive attraction worthy of one of the largest Agricultural Expos in the country. We didn’t build one experience — we built four, each designed to pull attendees in, keep them engaged, and communicate Bayer’s brand story through play. The booth went on to win Best Use of Technology in 2018.

What We Built

Multiplayer Truck Race
We built a head-to-head Kinect Racing Game wrapped in a retro arcade look and feel. The competitive multiplayer format was an instant crowd draw — nothing pulls a crowd like two people racing side by side. It gave the booth an energy that was visible from across the expo floor.

Mr. Corn — Pac-Man Style Arcade Game
We built a custom Pac-Man Style Arcade Experience themed around Bayer’s crop protection products. Players guided Mr. Corn through the field, collecting nutrients and dodging pests — a simple, instantly playable mechanic that communicated the brand’s core message without a single word of explanation needed.

Trivia & Touch Learning Games
To round out the experience, we developed Branded Trivia and Touch Screen Infotainment games that walked players through the journey of food from seed to table. Educational content delivered as gameplay — attendees learned about Bayer’s role in the food supply chain without it ever feeling like a product pitch.

The Result

Four distinct interactive experiences. One booth. Best Use of Technology at a major national Agricultural Expo. The combination of physical competition, immersive VR, arcade-style gaming, and touch-based education meant there was an entry point for every type of attendee — from the competitive player to the curious learner.
